Handle all correspondence and phone calls pertaining to cohort of first year applications.Conduct group information sessions and be available for individual appointments or walk-ins throughout the year.Manage multiple recruitment territories and represent the university at high schools and college recruitment programs.Responsible for reviewing a cohort of first year student applications and making admissions decisions.Work with members of Enterprise Services to enhance existing reports coming from all systems, as well as identify and create new reports.Assist the Associate Director of Admissions for Operations and Processing with maintenance of data within OnBase, PeopleSoft and TargetX.Provide support in the coordination and implementation of additional future technology enhancements in the Office of Admissions.The Assistant Director of Admissions is a permanent, 12 month, SUA 2 position reporting to the Associate Director of Admissions for Operations and Processing.
